If you are searching for the ultimate vacation experience, you have probably been browsing the web and checking the prices for hotels, motels and other types of accommodations. You realize how expensive it can be for the average family to find some sort of comfortable lodging location; most places are charging outrageous prices and offering very little, if next to nothing, in terms of amenities and extras. If you love to travel and are looking for a cheap, luxurious option other than staying cooped up in a stuffy hotel, have you ever thought about the many types of options available into timeshare rentals?
If you are interested in timeshares, there are many things you need to know and consider before making a firm commitment. You should select a location, figure out your budget and make the necessary inquiries to the selling company, agent or individual. You will want to find out how many bedrooms and bathrooms the property has, find out about the appliances that are on site, find out about membership dues and fees, parking, emergency services, handicapped accessibility and any other important key pieces of information about your chosen property. Owning a timeshare vacation property can be a dream come true for a person who has always wanted a vacation home and thought they couldn’t afford it.
Perhaps you are looking to only rent a timeshare for the summer -- do you know how easy and cheap it can truly be to treat your family to fun in the sun with a luxurious condo or beachfront timeshare property? Imagine how much fun you will have as you lounge on the beach, enjoy a round of golf, and sip cocktails by the pool and doing various other entertaining activities. Timeshare vacation properties are located all over the world, you can find one in Florida or even half-way around the world if you’d like. Timeshares are a great option for someone who wants all the comforts of home without the hassles of a hotel.
Why would you pass up the chance to have a prime timeshare located in some of the most popular vacation hotspots in the country? You can spend thousands of dollars in hotel and dining fees when on vacation, but with a timeshare you pay a flat fee, no hidden costs and you dine in and save hundreds of dollars on meals and other related expenses. Timeshares are a great option when you want to have fun and not break your budget.

If I could, I'd buy a timeshare now, but renting directly from the owner is SO EASY and money saving. I rented a deluxe 2 bedroom suite at the Marriott Timber Lodge for only $1000...a $3500 savings. Fabulous resort and rooms. Found the rental at www.TimeshareAdventures.com. Their people handled everything without a hitch. My family had the greatest vacation.
